SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping Policy
We strive to deliver materials to our customers in the quickest, most timely manner possible. Order to product shipment turnaround is subject to item availability. We will make every effort to meet the buyer's required delivery date.
Wholesale orders, regardless of their size, are shipped free of charge on company trucks on our regularly scheduled routes. Rush orders and orders from customers not on our delivery routes, will be shipped at the customers expense. Residential deliveries are subject to special conditions, please call for more information.
Return & Exchange Policy
Our wish is for you to feel so confident with our products and service you will recommend us to others. If you need to return a product, we ask that you call (1-509-764-9503) or e-mail us at info@cbmobilehomesupply.com so we may assist you in processing your return.
Due to the nature of our business, all returns require prior authorization. Returned merchandise must be in "like new" and unused condition in the original packing material (to protect contents) for a prompt exchange or refund of the purchase price less any shipping or restocking fees (up to 20%); unless the return is due to an error on our part.
You will receive your refund or merchandise credit as soon as the returned material is inspected at the Columbia Basin Mobile Home Supply location.
